It is very simple to help preserve Arethusa by utilizing the college’s archives. First find out if the college’s archive has an existing folder of Arethusa’s history.  If not then request a file to be established.  Then the following items should be placed in the archive.

· Any original chapter formation documentation.

· An extra copy of the yearly composite.

· Flyers or newspaper clippings of special Arethusa philanthropic actives.

· Any record books or documents that are over 15 years old.

· Pictures of anniversaries or special celebrations of the chapter.  Include full explanations and the names of sisters photographed.

Be sure that there is a photograph of the sorority in each yearbook.

Also make sure that minutes of meetings are accurately taken and the sisters in attendance are noted.

These steps will assure the future Thusas an easier task to learn about the past.
